Returns, Exchanges & Pre-Orders

30 Day Return Policy 

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a note detailing the reason for your return placed within your return package. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase. If your return is received outside of the 30 days then only a store credit will be issued. Send your return to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and send you an email with your store credit or refund if qualified. 
 

Exchanges


Exchanges A lot of our items (Clothing, accessory bags, some phone cases, etc.) are printed to order meaning we do not keep an inventory, because of this we cannot offer an outright exchange. If you would like a different size or color, you may return your item for store credit. To process your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a note detailing the reason for the exchange placed within your return package. Pre-Orders Back-orders

Some of our products are on pre-order/back-orders which means they are currently under production and will be shipped to our customers as soon as they are finished. This allows our customers to reserve new products and allows us to gauge interest and demand. Once a pre-order has been placed it cannot be canceled. However, replacements can be offered if the item is defective upon arrival. Orders will be refunded if they have not been fulfilled after 6 months since being placed. 

 

Cancellations

To cancel an order, you must let us know as soon as order is placed with title of your email ORDER CANCELLATION. We will do our best to cancel any orders  but once production begins for print on demand products we can no longer cancel the order as the item is already being manufactured. Also our shipping labels are printed immediately so we will do our very best to assist.

Address Corrections. 

To request an address change or correction you must let us know as soon as order is placed with title of your email ADDRESS CORRECTION. We will do our best to correct before the shipping label is created. But once printed we can no longer correct.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@tuff-totes.com

 

Lost, stolen or disposed by courier package 

Our store is not responsible for packages that get lost, stolen or disposed of by courier. For more help on the matter please contact the shipping carrier.
